We’re hiring a Studio Operations & Client Experience Manager to run our front desk, support our clients and instructors, and help manage the day-to-day operations of the studio. This is a part-time role with in-person hours (Monday–Friday, 9 AM–2 PM) and some remote flexibility to follow up on client emails, leads, and texts after hours.
You’ll be the central point of contact for our members and play an essential role in client satisfaction, studio organization, and community building.
In-Studio: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–2:00 PM
• Remote: Light admin hours in the afternoon/evening to follow up on texts and emails (flexible timing)
• Greet and check in clients, assist with scheduling, and manage daily operations
• Respond to emails, texts, and client inquiries with professionalism and care
• Manage leads and assist with moving them through the sales process
• Track memberships, freezes, and updates in our system
• Maintain studio cleanliness, supplies, signage, and merchandise
• Capture and post Instagram Stories daily (AM/PM); assist owner with social media content
• Represent the studio at occasional community events
• Support member retention efforts and help build a strong, welcoming environment
• Warm, organized, and dependable — you genuinely enjoy helping people and keeping things running smoothly
• A strong communicator who is confident both in person and online
• Comfortable managing systems, handling client questions, juggling priorities, and comfortable with or have experience in sales
• Passionate about wellness and movement (extra points if you love Pilates!)
• Previous experience in studio, hospitality, or client-facing environments is preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Warm, reliable, and self-directed with attention to detail
• Comfortable using technology and managing multiple platforms (CRM, scheduling tools, etc.)
• Experience in wellness, hospitality, or customer service preferred
• Knowledge of Mindbody Online is a plus
• Passion for wellness, movement, or Pilates a bonus!
This is an hourly position with pay commensurate based on your experience and skills. In addition to your hourly wage, there are opportunities to earn commission, rewarding your contribution to the studio’s growth and success.
